iPhone complaints are plentiful. Whether these complaints will put you off is up to you. Most items you buy will have had complaints railed against them.

Whilst there is loads of people out there praising the iPhone, there are numerous missing features that I believe would have improved the overall user experience. I guess I'm nit-picking a little, but that's just me I suppose.

So what are the main gripes with the iPhone?

Network choice - Being locked to one network per country seems a bit silly to most people. Unless there is some ingenious marketing plan that has completely outfoxed everyone, then I think they have shot themselves in the foot. The lack of competition between networks means that it is fairly expensive. And will probably stay that way.

Bluetooth - you can’t share files with friends. Most people use bluetooth these days.

Camera - has no ability to be adjusted.

No 3G - Most of Europe has adopted 3G. Seems strange that something as revolutionary as the iphone doesn't support it. Apple says it's because 3G drains the iphone battery. However, there is news on the horizon of a new 3G iphone. Seems logical to me.

Ringtones -no support for custom ringtones.

Browser plug-ins - lack of Flash and javascript support in the web browser.

These are a few of the major iphone complaints. Personally, I'm not that bothered. I'm more concerned whether it makes calls and plays music adequately. And that's about it. So there are no iPhone complaints from me.

And apple are promising regular updates where they will be adding cool features to the iPhone on a regular basis.
